Classes are held twice weekly.  The more you practice the more you retain, therefore you are encouraged to attend as many classes as possible.  In addition to the normal class schedule there are numerous Kokondo seminars conducted around the northwest by some of the finest instructors in karate.  Quarterly, Shihan Arel comes to the northwest to conduct training.  These sessions are available to all students (Ka) regardless of rank.

             YardBirds Mall
             2100 N. National Ave.
             Chehalis, Wa.
When:   Monday evenings beginning at 6:00 PM
            Wednesday evenings beginning at 6:00 PM
 
How much:  Classes are $40 per month
                  There is a $70 per year Internation Kokondo Dues
