Classes are held twice weekly. The more you practice the more you retain, therefore you are encouraged to attend as many classes as possible. In addition to the normal class schedule there are numerous Kokondo seminars conducted around the northwest by some of the finest instructors in karate. Quarterly, Kaicho Howard comes to the northwest to conduct training. These sessions are available to all students (Ka) regardless of rank.
